Walt Disney once said “Change is inevitable, growth is optional.” As supply chain managers facing an ever-changing world, we need to be able to quickly implement new services and/or processes to service the customer. Wouldn’t it be ideal to have a method to think through the change, anticipate peoples’ reactions to the change, and have the tools necessary for helping people see the value and embrace the change?

Aimed at front-line employees, Change Management is composed of tools, various case studies and comparison models that will help you identify and facilitate the right change process for your company.

Our experienced faculty will take you through the 8 step “Ideal Change Management Model” to address the what, why, how, who, and when of change solution, how to go about correcting the applicable changes, and celebrating the successes.

The workshop includes review of change management framework that can help you lead change and prevent various types of resistance that may challenge, slow down, and even hinder the success of your change initiative.

The framework includes the process steps, provides examples of their use, introduces tools that can be used with the process steps, and lays out risks that can impede the process.

The workshop also allows for analysis of implementation of the various techniques and conclusions, which will provide the means for you to achieve ideal employee alignment.


Change Management is typically delivered in one and a half to two days. The workshop may be tailored to accommodate your company’s specific needs or issues, by expanding the 8 step model to a 10 step with additional personalization. Other areas may be expanded at the client’s discretion.

Additional exercises can also be incorporated into one of the two change management programs utilizing tools in combination with new games and exercises to drive the concept home.
