SCPro™ Level One Certification 

SCPro™ Level One is the only industry certification that covers the comprehensive supply chain, from end-to-end, and requires candidates to demonstrate their knowledge of the eight Cornerstones of Supply Chain Management via a multiple-choice exam.

  • Order Fulfillment and Customer Service

    • Eligibility Requirements: Either a bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR four years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field.

    Exam Format: 160 multiple-choice exam with a time limit of four hours.  All exams are completed online with a virtual proctor.  

    How to Maintain Your Certification:  Certificants must renew the SCPro™ credential by completing 25 hours of eligible professional development activities (Certified Education Units - CEUs) during the two-year renewal period. The certification renewal period begins on the last day of the month in which the certification was earned (i.e., a passing score was earned on the SCPro™ Level One certification exam) and every two years thereafter.  CEUs earned outside of CSCMP content are subject to approval by CSCMP.
